I found these in the holiday tents surrounding the Union Square Farmer's Market last weekend. Rubyzaar Cookies are little out of the ordinary. My favorites are Kashimir which has earl grey, smoked almonds and dark chocolate and Ambrosia which has figs, pear, sage and roast walnut creamed honey. Heh?? I don't know! But they are so good I went back for more today since they're only in the tents until tomorrow. I just had to have some more. I just really enjoy the surprising taste of such an interesting combination of flavors.
